CTAC is excited to share that we have been awarded the six-year Department of Transportation (DOT) Web Agility 3 (WA3) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). 

This is a non-personal services multi-award BPA for Web Agility Program Support Services in support of the DOT Office of the Chief Digital and Information Officer (OCDIO) and open across the entire DOT, including but not limited to:

• Operations and maintenance of the DOT web environments
• Design and development of new websites and web-based applications
• Information architecture
• Content strategy and management
• Accessibility compliance, website analytics, and customer feedback tools

CTAC has a deep history working with DOT over the last 10 years, including critical modernization efforts for public websites and internal applications. With the WA3 award, CTAC is excited to build on that foundation and expand our support across DOT. Open to organizations Department-wide, WA3 provides DOT agencies and offices with access to CTAC’s proven digital modernization, web development, and technology expertise over the next six years.
