Scope and Objectives
This is a non-personal services multi-award BPA for Web Agility Program Support Services in support of the DOT Office of the Chief Digital and Information Officer (OCDIO) and open across the entire DOT, including but not limited to:
- Operations and maintenance of the DOT web environments
- Design and development of new websites and web-based applications
- Information architecture
- Content strategy and management
- Accessibility compliance, website analytics, and customer feedback tools
BPA Duration: Six Year Ordering Period from date BPA establishment
Task Order Contract Types: Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, and Labor Hour
