Culture and Professional/ Community Involvement
CTAC is invested in dedicating time to our community, both internally and externally. You can catch us at most ACT-IAC and AFCEA events as well as Federal Government Industry Days. We are always increasing our presence, particularly where there is a health and safety focus.
Our culture stems from our long-standing teammates, more than half who have been at CTAC for 10+ years! Internally, team CTAC hosts fun events for employees and their families to take part in. Whether it is a team breakfast or our annual Holiday Party at the office, we invest in our employees. Additionally, we contribute in our local community by engaging in annual fundraising events for non-profit organizations.
