Always learning, always adapting. That’s what is required of today’s IT systems and digital environments. Our AI & ML solutions allow you to see around corners and continue updating your systems and compliance, in real time, allowing you to make data-driven decisions.

For the HHS emPower program, CTAC implemented Google and AWS AI tools used by first responders for disaster response.
For HHS Medicare appeals systems CTAC implemented AWS ML tools to ingest data as well as provide scoring on data quality or HIPAA violations. CTAC also implemented Amazon AWS tools including AWS Comprehend Medical to index, identify, and analyze documents for PIA violations.
For the State of Louisiana, CTAC designed a telehealth collaboration platform using AWS and ML to process various data sources including raw voice data. CTAC used AWS cloud tools including AWS Transcribe and AWS Comprehend Medical.

CTAC engineers offer advanced solutions to clients, exemplified by our proof of concept, COATImap. The map is a machine learning model trained on millions of data points across multiple private and public data sets and forecasts power outage probabilities for all U.S. counties based on upcoming weather forecasts.
