CTAC Given Certificate of Recognition from HHS Departmental Appeals Board (DAB)
On December 10, 2024, CTAC’s DAB Project Team – Rasa Harvey, Kim Chin, Nafis Kamar, Andy O’Brien, and Howard Yeung – were awarded with a Certificate of Recognition from HHS Director of the Information Technology Division.
The Certificate reads, “CTAC is recognized for their exceptional contributions to the Departmental Appeals Board. Our System of Record, DAB ACTS, started as a single module over a decade ago, but during the 2024 fiscal year CTAC and its team, under the direction of Rasa Harvey, implemented a redesign for most of the system’s modules and core system and also added critical ones in a record time. Two most recent additions include the Unaccompanied Children Program (UCP) and Immediate Office (IO) modules. In a steadfast fashion, Rasa and her very competent team took on every single task/request the DAB submitted and successfully implemented them in record time.”
CTAC has supported the HHS for over 25 years and prides ourselves on commitment to excellence and making an impact for our federal customers. Congratulations to Rasa Harvey and the DAB Team for their well-deserved recognition.
