Scope and Objectives
This is a non-personal services multi-award BPA for Web Agility Program Support Services in support of the DOT Office of the Chief Digital and Information Officer (OCDIO), including but not limited to:
- Operations and maintenance of the DOT web environments
- Design and development of new websites and web-based applications
- Information architecture
- Content strategy and management
- Accessibility compliance, website analytics, and customer feedback tools
BPA Duration: Six Year Ordering Period from date BPA establishment
Task Order Contract Types: Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, and Labor Hour
