Generative AI for Digital Experiences

CTAC develops AI-powered experiences that help users find, understand, and interact with information more easily. CTAC’s AWS Bedrock Chat Module for Drupal is an open-source solution that integrates Amazon Bedrock models into Drupal-powered websites, intranets, and contact centers. This capability enables secure, multilingual conversational experiences designed around agency content and user needs. Custom implementations can be aligned to your shared services model and specific content management or cloud environment.

AI-Powered Content Optimization

CTAC’s Innovation Lab developed a proprietary AI-powered Drupal Content Optimizer to help organizations better govern and improve large content ecosystems. The tool is designed to provide visibility into content inventories across pages, nodes, views, and taxonomies while using AI-driven insights to improve usability, reduce clutter, and support content best practices across devices.

AI-Enabled Data Engineering and Analytics

CTAC supports AI-ready data environments that help agencies detect trends, improve data quality, and strengthen public service outcomes. For CDC programs including NNAD and Routine Immunizations, CTAC supports secure Azure Databricks pipelines for large-scale immunization data. These pipelines support ingestion, validation, privacy-preserving record linkage, curated data layers, and downstream integration, helping improve data integrity, auditability, and compliance.

AI for Better Government User Experience

CTAC applies AI where it can directly improve usability and data quality. For GSA Advantage, CTAC implemented agentic AI to streamline federal applications. We developed AI tools to evaluate whether vendor-submitted product images align with product descriptions, and support AI-driven question-answering based on FAQs and knowledge base content.

AI-Assisted Delivery and Modernization

CTAC also uses AI responsibly within delivery workflows to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining traceability and governance.The team incorporates AI-assisted development practices such as GitHub Copilot and LLM-supported workflows for design support, migration planning, and code review.
