Falls Church, VA – CTAC continues demonstrating its commitment to quality services and has earned multiple quality certifications over the past several months that comprise CMMI DEV V2.0 Maturity Level 3, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 20000-1:2018. The combination of these certifications validate CTAC’s Quality Management System (QMS) which includes Project Management, Software Development, Information Security, and Service Management processes and procedures.
Most of 2020 to date has been spent in the throes of a global pandemic, and during this time, CTAC improved its quality management. Enforceable operational standards at all levels have been incorporated in CTAC’s top-quality solutions and delivery since the company’s inception. Naturally, it made sense for CTAC to make it official.
CTAC employees throughout the organization came together to see the fruits of the entire organization’s labor – with analysts, project managers, back-office and technical consultants dedicating additional time through each segment of appraisals. The appraisal process consisted of a minimum of two days to a full seven days of all-day audit sessions reviewing key components such as performance management, quality management, monitoring and benchmarking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), customer focus, leadership and people engagement, relationship management, and information assurance and security. CTAC was one of the first organizations to complete the audit process remotely.
As a systems integrator, CTAC takes the responsibility to provide products and services proactively and now has a proven process – appraised and awarded – that directly impacts performance. Customers, present and future, will benefit from the improvements made to CTAC’s quality management capabilities because of the time and resources put in to obtain this level of maturity.
