CTAC Wins Award of Federal Reserve System Contract
to Provide Organizational Development and Leadership (OD&L) Consulting Services
Communications Training Analysis Corporation (CTAC) was recently awarded a contract with the Federal Reserve System’s Board of Governors (Board) to provide Organizational Development and Leadership consulting services. CTAC teamed with BoldWork, LLC on this effort. Boldwork has offices in St. Louis, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC.
The Federal Reserve System procured, through a competitive procurement process, consulting services to provide the Board with qualified organizational development and leadership consultants and assistance in meeting the Board’s vision to develop leaders and staff in an effort to accelerate the achievement of positive organizational results through increased employee capacities. Specific contract task areas include:
• Organizational Diagnosis – collecting and analyzing pertinent information, and drawing conclusions for action planning and conducting interventions. The purpose of the diagnosis is to gain a clearer understanding of any presenting problems and to identify root causes. The diagnosis activities will result in making recommendations to the Board, and identifying drivers and barriers for change.
• Action Planning and Implementation - designing and implementing appropriate organizational development intervention(s) based on the findings gathered during the diagnostic phase. The interventions will consider the current organizational culture and capability to implement the planned change, including developing appropriate communications strategies to support any proposed interventions and/or changes.
• Evaluation of progress and results - conducting evaluations of intervention outcomes based on established metrics and providing feedback to the Board on the effectiveness of actions taken to support its vision of the achievement of positive organizational results and increased employee capacities.
CTAC and its teaming partner see the award of this contract as an opportunity to provide its expertise to assist in assessing, developing, designing, and implementing organizational change at the Federal Reserve System (if appropriate) to ensure that the Board meets its vision and goals of a high performing organization.
