Program Management
CTAC has provided program management support in the preparation and updating of program strategies, plans, and schedules, which can be fully automated as required. We have developed system effectiveness analysis for reliability, sensitivity, and configuration control. We have implemented automatic tracking and management of contract performance and data requirements, including review and comment on individual deliverables and completion of comments from all data recipients. With these systems we have tracked and reported on program financial management information, developed and managed program baseline and change controls, and provide program/project reviews and assessments. In addition, CTAC has developed documentation required for validation and budget review processes, utilizing computerized life cycle cost models.
Cost Analysis
CTAC specializes in cost analysis, research and development of cost methodologies, cost database development, and program cost management assessments. CTAC has many specialized areas of cost analysis employed to support government in management cost estimating and analysis. Some examples include Life Cycle Cost Estimates/Analyses, Cost Risk Estimates, Cost Benefit Analysis, Cost Model Development/Evaluation/Training, Work Breakdown Structure, and Cost Database Development/Evaluation/Training.
